"Just had a very rewarding experience at the subect hotel. Ian Reynolds And his staff made our stay even better than could be expected!! It's Service like that, that causes one to return - and we will. We had an auto Failure while at the hotel. Ian, Britteney Shearer and Brandon Boswell went out of their way to help us. The remaining staff were great, but these three Were outstanding. They deserve kudos. People like these can make or break a hotel and these folks will make people return..."
